The retainer covers visa processing (new, renewals, cancellations), trade license renewal, Emirates ID, labour cards, Amer & Tasheel services, a named account coordinator, and status reports. Higher tiers add Emiratisation tracking, document attestation, Ejari management, and faster response times.
